Quit application script when closes the window

I have a simple application that displays a dialog and three buttons
with diferent functions.
The problem occurs because if you click the close window button (red
button on title bar), the window closes but the application keeps
running without the possibility of closing unless forced to exit.
Any idea as to close automatically when the application closes the
window?
