Do Script Illustrator CS3

Does any know if the Do Script works in Illustrator CS3?
This script won't work and the action and set is spelled the same using the correct case.
tell application "Adobe Illustrator"
do script "ThisAction" from "ThisSet" without dialogs
end tell

I get this error in Illustrator...
Could not complete the Play command because the action is playing.

And this error in Script Debugger...
Adobe Illustrator CS3 got an error: an Illustrator error occurred: 558452048 ('!IMP')

This same script will work fine if I address it to Illustrator 10.
