How wude.
It downloads fine, it's just that the download has the same issues as
the online copy as far as printing.
Save it from Firefox instead of Safari (so you get a folder instead of
a single webarchive file), remove the stylesheets (folder/*.css), and
turn off Javascript. Some of the text overlaps but the whole thing is
legible and printable. Reading it as a PDF now.
