On my system, even if I pass that between browsers and machines, that
opens the 10.6 AppleScript Release Notes with a Table of
Contents bar
on the left and a "PDF" link in the upper right.
The HTML still won't print properly, but the PDF file works fine.
Its direct URL, at least for me (no promises it'll work in a few
weeks or months) is:
