Paul, I do not know if it was a distraction or you checked the wrong information.
The problem is when using "C1" for the value of the cell,  it understands as "Column 1" and thus puts the value 3 in all cells of column 1.
Has this been resolved?

Yes. Sorry. I meant to say:
