Are the disks being run on different machines? Are any of them running the likes of OS 7 or less than OS 8.5? Your first listing showed all of the IP addresses identical and if all of the disks are on the same server the next sentence is irrelevant.

AppleTalk over ethernet was permanently disabled with OS 10.4. Above 10.3.9 you simply cannot connect to a server that doesn't permit AppleTalk over internet protocol with an IP address.
