Why does the script below return "parameter error" when the location is a (seemingly) valid iTunes Store URL?

Many thanks in advance,

Roy Whelden

tell application "iTunes"
open location "http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?i=79033036&id=79033083&s=143441"
end tell

I don't know why, but if you change it to tell application "Safari", Safari will open iTunes to the right item in the iTunes store.
