Apple provides one with the OS; it was written in 2002, but just
tested it, and it still works.
Except for a few issues I posted on 14 Jan 2009:
-You can't create signatures
-You can't set the POP password (IMAP might work, I never tested it)
-You can't set the SMTP authentication, user and password
