Folder action for modified file

Is there a way to get a file duplicated to another folder every time it
is modified and saved. I have a Folder Action script that works OK if I
create a file in, say, Pages, but after it is created I have to copy the
file manually every time it changes.
I've Googled for this but not found anything useful so I'm thinking it's
not possible.
