Adding a Color Profile to an Image with Image Events

Can someone tell me the syntax I need to use (or have an example) to add a color profile to an image with Image Events. In this case, I need to convert a PDF to a JPG and need to apply an Adobe RGB 1998 color profile, or equivalent ColorSync ICC profile to the image.
