Setting up Mail Accounts with Applescript

So lets say you want to have two sets of Mail Accounts setup using Applescript .. For instance one set uses SSH tunnels and the other doesn't and you use NetworkLocation to switch b/w each set of accounts.

Isn't it true that Mail.app will create separate folders for each account instead of keeping the same set of folders matching the server name?

I don't want to have my mail stored in two mailboxes but rather one that simply is swapped b/w two different mail accounts that have the same name but in one case use localhost (ssh tunnel) and in the other the actual remote host.

...

alternatively you could just use an ssh tunnel at all times but that doesn't work as well when it's not needed.
