The easiest approach is to use Script Editor. If you open an *.sdef
file in Xcode, you can view it that way.
I think there used to be a File > Open Dictionary command as in Script
Editor. Please file an enhancement request for a means to view
application (and other) scripting dictionaries in Xcode.
