Deivy,

Yes, it's the "Listen continuously" that many of my scripts rely on.  It allows the speech interface to operate modelessly, which is preferable to bringing every other speech recognition item to a halt until the "Listen For" has been answered.  It's been broken since Snow Leopard, worked ok in Leopard (AFAIK).
