Yeah, but we engineers like to round off numbers when it seems
appropriate to do so. So, we'll just round off the year "2009" to
"2010" and say that it's "close enough for all practical purposes" to
the end of the current decade.
So, the beer will all be gone by the end of THIS year. And, all of
those fussy perfectionists, mathematicians, and ordinary folks will
all lose out.
Now, let's see, where are those kegs? ...

Depends on your profession. Mathematicians count (index) beginning
with 0, so we will celebrate the new decade on 1 Jan 2010. The rest
of you will be a year late and the beer will be all gone.
