The name of the lookin folder? Is it possible that it contains some things that ought to be quoted - like a space? That could be the change that made things stop working.
It's always a good idea to do shell script quoted form of lookin.
There is a application note about quoted_form_of. I'm sure its coordinates can be found in an archive lookup
