Don't even get me started. Did you know it is impossible to set the
date format on the iPod? If I want google.com instead of google.co.uk
or something, I have to deal with the moronic US date format. This
screws up my calendar, the date stamps on mail on the iPhone (as
above) and has caused me to completely miss an appointment. Apple's
assumption that where you are determines all these values is a good
one, but locking them in an FORCING them on you, or making you jump
through hoops to work around internationalization issues is a very bad
thing.
