I believe so -- it's supposed to wait until the size remains the same for 3
seconds.

I also don't have Snow Leopard yet. But that's always been a bit of a problem, so much so that I abandoned using folder actions for a long time.. perhaps it's work looking at again!? when my new machine arrives.. tick tock.. |
