Basically I am doing a shell script just to set the screen saver as
the desktop back ground. I don't have an exit command after it so how
do I exit the do shell script? I can post the shell command when I get
bac to my Mac right now I am mobile.

"do shell script" won't return until the shell command exits. So your
"blah blah" is apparently not exiting. It would be helpful if we knew
exactly what the "blah blah" is.

HI all, I have an issue, I just wrote a simple script to do a shell
script
but when I run it it doesn't quit or end and I can't get the script
to stop.
I click the stop button and nothing happens, I have also written
end and
quit at the end of the script but still stays running. What am I
forgetting?
right now I have:
Do shell script "blah blah"
end
