Wizards,

Here's a typical plist created by Launchd Editor.

It is stored in /Library/LaunchAgents.

I used to use cronnix to set cron events that I use every day. Cronnix and Lingon have gone away with the advent of launchd and Snow Leopard.

Launchd Editor almost works but not quite. It will edit plists but they never get activated.

Help would be appreciated.

Considering the collective experience available on this list, one option might be to separate your needs into a sample cron portion and launchd portion and post them. I believe the trickiest part is to escape your script properly for the XML property list format. There are discussions about launchd on the darwin-dev list but they tend to be in more technical areas than cron scripts.
