I just noticed that Lingon removes the StartCalendarInterval so here is the correct one.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <plist version="1.0"> <dict> <key>Label</key> <string>com.rpoland.playMantelSound</string> <key>Program</key> <string>/Library/Scripts/Universal\ Scripts/playMantelSound</string> <key>ProgramArguments</key> <array> <string>/Library/Scripts/Universal\ Scripts/playMantelSound</string> </array> <key>StartCalendarInterval</key> <dict> <key>Day</key> <integer>0</integer> <key>Hour</key> <integer>0</integer> <key>Month</key> <integer>0</integer> </dict> </dict> </plist>

When I run launchctl list I see the same OLD plists as running and none of the new ones. This would indicate to me that there is an unsearchable file somewhere that contains the old data.
I have run the launchctl unload and launchctl load commands many times and they seem to indicate that everything occurred as expected.

Just a thought.

Hi,
I'm sure this is the wrong place to be but maybe someone can help or direct me to where I should be...
I used to use cronnix to set cron events that I use every day. Cronnix and Lingon have gone away with the advent of launchd and Snow Leopard.
Launchd Editor almost works but not quite. It will edit plists but they never get activated.
Help would be appreciated.
