How come the ip address of system info is wrong?

IPv4 address of (get system info)

gives me the wrong ip address!
It gives me the ip address of 'Parallels Shared Networking Adapter', whereas I have a fixed ip address for the Ethernet (which is my "real" ip address in Mac OS).
In my Location, Ethernet is topmost, and under that I have 'Parallels Shared Networking Adapter'.

Is system info getting confused, and if so, why?
