Title: Re: Applescript oddity under 10.4.11
In 10.4.11, when I try to compile this:

set valeur to valeur * 0.423333320617684

I get this compile error:

Syntax Error
   Syntax error. some object

And the uncompiled script looks like this:

set valeur to valeur *

But, when I select the line the number magically reappears:

set valeur to valeur * 0.423333320617684

In Script Debugger I get a similar result, but the compile error dialog includes this:

-2740

And, the numbers don’t disappear after the compile error.
