Owning it is half the battle!
You can find the Transmit sample scripts on this page:
http://www.panic.com/transmit/support.html
The Sychronize Sample does what you want, but look at all of them for tips
on using addresses, directories, usernames and passwords.
You could run the process via an appleScript that ran daily.
