You never want "quoted form of" inside a script.  That's only for
passing filenames around inside other strings, usually in the context
of "do shell script".  The quoted form of a filename will never
resolve as a valid filename.

At least, not unless you create a folder whose name is a single
apostrophe and arrange for the last component to be a folder
containing a file whose name is also a single apostrophe, I suppose...
