absolute posix path, no curr dir needed...
'Compiled,' in appleScript, means the terms of the script have
been synced with the underpinning appleEvent code
so why does it need to resync @ runtime? it looks like everything it
needs is in the compiled script...or should i abandon all hope of
distributing any stand-alone script based on included code w/o also
distributing everything?
