Ability to run multiple scripts at once

  • Subject: Ability to run multiple scripts at once

Hi all,

I'm trying to have iCal launch scripts as alarms for events. All is well and good, except when I have two events that happen simultaneously. When this occurs, one event launches its alarm, and the other waits until the other script has completed to launch its alarm. This is generally a problem - because the script lasts as long as the specified event that launched it, and the second script is far too late by the time it comes around.

My question is this: Is this desired behavior (as in - if I file a bug, will they just tell me "works as expected")? Is there a way around this limitation?

Thanks,

-Josh
