I swam there last time in February, so it should be fine in March -- and
there's always the hotel pool. In fact, I was worried that one of the
attendees from Sweden would end up waterlogged.
Down here, March is getting a bit late -- but it was 34C both days of the
weekend, and the water was delightful...
