Scripts Folder

Hello,

 I have several scripts accessible via the "Scripts Folder" icon
 in the menu bar.
 When I use it for the first time I get a reasonably long delay
 (of 1-2 seconds) before I can access the scripts menus, and I
 can hear the Time Machine disk starts spinning. The subsequent times
 I use it it goes fast and fine.
 Is there a way to avoid this delay (and the spinning of the disk ?)
