date:missing value in Snow Leopard

I think somebody will have a quick answer:

The script:

tell application "Address Book"
set NamenX to (name of people whose birth date is not missing value)
end tell

worked fine in 10.5.8 but does not in 10.6.2 although the property 'birth day' is  'missing value' when empty.

Thanks for your help
