In Snow Leopard Client, under the Date & Time Preference Window, there is a Clock Tab.
You have the choice of Digital or Analog Clock. But the clock ONLY shows in the Menu Bar.
There are optional choices,
Display the time with seconds
Flash the time separators
Use a 24 24-hour clock
Show AM/PM
Show the day of the week
Show data
Announce the time
But there is no floating option anymore.
