Where would just store AppleScripting scripts property list files

Hello.

I'm creating some scripts for scripting. I'm pondering writing either an installer or having an installer routine in the scripts, which
would generate a property list file, for persistency. I'm pondering storing that property list file in the /Users/You/Library/ScriptingAdditions folder, since it is only a script, and it is also meant to be usable from Script Debugger, Script Editor and Smile. Since it is just a script I feel that this is not something to put in the Application Support folder. Nor do I like the idea of storing the property list file within a bundle.

Do anyone have a better idea as to where I should store the property list file, I'd be glad to hear about it.
Thanks.

Best regards
