I think you could just sample that sentence from the Movie Michelle.
Joke apart, the voice is to hard to use anyway, one should have had a standard scheme for making the "melody" of the language based on the grammar of the sentence, and localized voices of course. That would have been something, so you could just enter a sentence, with "mood" as a parameter and voila ...
