LaunchD and applescript

I'm trying to setup a launchd to run my applescript.  When I manually type in launchctl load  name.of.plist, it loads, but the applescript requires user input and I don't see the dialog box that asks for the user input.

in my plist, the Program Arguments are

osascript
/path/to/script.app

Am I missing something?
