I doubt Safari 4.0.3 vs 4.0.4 is the problem here. On the other hand, as far as I remember, my Tiger install should be a rather "clean" one, without foreign scripting additions or application "enhancers" or... could yo have a look?

The only "scripting addition" I have is TextCommands, which is really an app that you code tell commands for to manipulate text, not really a scripting addition. To my knowledge, I have not other "enhancers".

I script only for myself, so while this is a minor inconvenience, its not that critical. As a programmer (on mainframes) though, I just don't like it when I can't get something to work that I know should be possible. I want to know the why and how to fix it.   :-)
