Firstly, thanks Nigel for letting us know.
I am a bit shocked!
I thought about him recently but it never crossed my mind that anything like that had happened.
If you have the opportunity, pleased convey to his family that i am, deeply sorry for their loss, and for ours as a group.
I certainly will miss him.
