VideoEncoder/CommandLine/Programmer

We are working a on a new codec for 3d. I need a video encoder that has experience with professional video codec development and or High-End encoding applications.

Knowledge of video encoding using command-line?  A person that understands applet building (in applescript) so we may have control of our bracketed profiles until we have a GUI.

This is a short gig. Need to move soon. Must have references and be willing to sign an NDA.
