You can, using Applescript, print to a postscript file or to PDF using given print presets and options of your choosing, setting the filename of the resulting files to whatever you want. For example, omit the .indd and replace the first 9 characters of the filename (0000_0000--a page range contained in the file) with the 4-digit page number of each single-page PDF.
