I just Googled 'seticon', but found nothing useful. Where can I get seticon ?

On the same page is a patch to make is Snow Leopard aware.
As I never used developer tools, I'm reluctant to apply the patch by myself.
If someone is able to do it, I'm interested by the compiled file ;-)
For a few days, the 'old' compiled seticon UNIX command is available on my idisk ;
