Hello
I get the same error code as you do -10000 apple event handler failed.
I do that with any mail I try to insert new content into. -Won't try RSS, and have not tried Notes.
The circumvention is to grab the contents of the draft, make new message insert content,
delete old draft. (Haven't tested it): and then save new message as draft.
