I didn't try it, but that is only because by that time I had already tried David Dantowitz's excellent "Apache-Apple Event Bridge" (AAEB, available at http://aaet.net) with great success (on another machine, one with a pristine Apache configuration). It's working perfectly for me.

Hi Christian,

Glad things are working well. AAEB was written from scratch to perform one task, connect Apache to Apps and Compiled AppleScripts via a simple sdoc Apple Event. It's fast, efficient and works (if something doesn't work, let me know :-) . Added features to the 1.4 and 1.5 releases. If you need a feature, just chime in. Installs in less than a minute and easy to use -- and minimal cost too.

URL typo in your earlier message, actual URL is:

	http://aaeb.net/

Thanks!

David
