Am I wrong? What does it all mean?
Did you saw that afyer the double antislash you get two single quotes, not a double quote character? I guess that it makes all the difference.
I read the block '\\''
this way : enclosed between single quotes is the string \\ which is the way to get an antislash in the final string plus a single quote.
