Remote Mac control to an applescript app.

I've been messing with remote Mac control and while I can get an app on another Mac to open and while I can get another applescript app on the same Mac to respond to a tell, I can not get another applescript app on another Mac to issue one of its own handlers.

Even in a simple case as below, I get an obscure "error "Queue got an error: Can’t continue Main." number -1708 to «class Main»

Now, this happens because at compile time the app that the script is looking for needs to be located and I have to log on to the other machine to locate it.  Is it possible to somehow declare it as a variable so that this does not have to be done?

Thanks
- Alex
