Smile and mid 2010 iMacs and Pros with Core i3-5 processors

I have tried Smile 3.5.3 and also Smile 3.4.2 on a new iMac. All I get is a hang on launching.

Anyone else able to get it working?

Tried both the contact and the support email addresses - Messages bounced!
