Unfortunately, you can't attach an applescript that way. What you could do
is create an automator service that did so. The real fly here, is there's no
way in Mail's dictionary to do that on a per-message basis, even though the
toolbar in the window lets you do so. However, since cmd-plus key increases
the font size, you could probably do it via UI scripting, although I'm not
sure it would save you much of anything in the way of time or effort.
