a question of inheritance, and you're expecting a global
declared in a script object to be accessible directly in the parent script.

yes, the global in the scr.obj is directly accessible in the parent script, but only when it's running as an app (bundle)


but when i run it in s.e., it's not...makes it real hard 2 debug;-} maybe apple's just making room 4 3rd party dev.envs;-)
