Actually, I misread Luther's message two or 3 times. But I think I got it right the last time.
He did not say that it did not work in Lion, he wrote there was a problem in Lion without mentioning the problem.

So I believe it returned that and the problem lies somewhere else.
Since the line works in Lion why would I believe the problem is there.
Not trying to start a discussion, just making sure I did not make a mistake yet again!
