You can't. Outlook lets you create sigs, but not assign them. So you can create the sig, that's the sig class, but setting it as the default isn't doable via applescript. I'd let them know that you need this.

I have an urgent need to get my users with a company wide default signature… any pointers? (Applescript or others?)



Is this signature identical for each user?
