I really like the Signature Profiler plug-in. I use it, with an AppleScript, to generate a signature that links to the latest post on my blog (as seen below). The AppleScript part goes to the blog, reads the title of the most recent blog post, and updates a text file that Signature Profiler reads. I could set the script to run on a schedule but I haven't done that yet.
Definitely worth the 12 bucks.

I played with it when it was freeware and think it's probably worth the 12 bucks. If I was still doing random sigs I would definitely buy it.
