I think yours have already been ported :-)
I've checked a couple of Lion machines here and they only have Digital Hub Scripting.osax and StandardAdditions.osax in that directory.
OTOH, if you mean just copy them rather than a real 'port', then I think Apple's made it pretty clear they're no longer supported.
