This is sort of directed to Shane,
The console error;
"12/21/11 2:11:23.427 PM <many many programs>: CPSGetFrontProcess(): This call is deprecated and should not be called anymore.
Seems to be related to Applescript, so since you (Shane) got the osax error fixed maybe you can get this fixed next.
